A member of the Academy and BAFTA, Maxine Leonard is an entertainment marketing and publicity executive specializing in corporate publicity and theatrical filmed entertainment.Before launching her own LA based publicity agency, MLPR, in 2011, Maxine spent five years handling the marketing and publicity for Academy Award winning production company GK Films. Maxine and her team of handpicked publicity professionals attend all the key film markets and festivals such as Toronto, Sundance, Cannes, Berlin, Venice and AFM and have supported the production, worldwide launch and international roll out of recent theatrical feature films such as Miramax’s Exorcism, Strange Darling, Here as well as The Beekeeper, Wrath of Man and The Gentlemen, Lionsgate’s Borderlands, Hunger Games: Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, Expend4bles, Saw X, John Wick 4, Imaginary, Savages among others.
