Maxine is an Innovation and Strategy consultant at the forefront of developing innovation capabilities for IBM's clients and delivering first of a kind solutions, one of which has completely transformed their respective industry. Maxine has also participated in IBM's own transformation through her role in developing IBM's Customer Experience Lab which helped forge the partnership between IBM Research and IBM's Global Business Services consultancy practice to bring- as well as shape- bleeding edge research assets to the marketplace.Maxine has supported Vodafone's M-Pesa Mobile money platform, explored loyalty of the future for one of the UK's largest retailers, created an innovation agenda with a leading global airline, created numerous first of a kind solutions as well as prototypes and memorably was part of a small team that created an entirely new way to engage and buy a luxury vehicle for Jaguar Land Rover which won MCA's Innovation Project of the year in 2014. Maxine spends a big part of her time with clients, generating new ideas, facilitating workshops and ultimately bringing innovation to life. In her spare time she's attended UCL's Mobile Academy and is completing every level in 'Thomas was Alone.'​It's not all light bulb moments and post its though, Maxine has been able to create a niche role for herself within IBM's innovation team to develop IBM's constantly evolving innovation practice and looks forward to spending the second half of 2015 developing innovation labs and creating new prototypes and pilots, whatever they may be!
