Based on the project’s complexity, learners’ needs, and company’s preferences, I produce a design document and gain agreement on the training solution, which may include: e-Learning  Instructor-led and Virtual Instructor-led training (ILT and VILT) Blended learning  Microlearning tools like job aides, infographics, videos, and gamesNext, I apply Adult Learning Theory and visual design principles and select the best authoring tool, like Articulate Storyline or Rise, to create engaging interactions, such as: Scenarios to help learners relate to content Accordions, branching, and tabs to promote engagement  Knowledge checks placed to track progress and stay aligned with objectives Measurable final assessments to demonstrate understanding  Level 3 on-the-job evaluations to ensure learning is applied  It’s all laid out in a storyboard which I share with SMEs. I guide them through feedback and incorporate necessary changes throughout development.
