About Maximiliano Rodríguez Palermo
13+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, I worked as Technical Leader with a focus on technical decisions (architecture, coding standards, environment configurations, etc.) I worked within several .NET versions and different architectures such as Microservices and SOA (and its migration to Microservices). In different implementations I used different approaches to asynchronously communicate within services like RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus or MSMQ. I worked in the implementation of several service API architectural styles for building distributed systems like REST, WCF, SOAP, gRPC or SignalR. As frontend javascript frameworks I have used Angular (from 2-beta to 8) and Vue.js.I am passionate for IT, especially for Architecture and backend development and has plenty of experience collaborating with American clients. In the last two companies as a Technical Leader I was in charge of team mentorship and defining team development processes.I have been involved in Agile environments and has participated in related workshops.I am an enthusiastic team player, faces challenges and proactively proposes solutions and changes.
