I am involved in the design and development of the digital learning platform of the Bodembeheer Nederland foundation; the Bodembreed Academy (Bodembreedacademie.nl).

Blendl-digital learning supports you and your employees with the development of appropriate and sustainable learning solutions and the creation of exciting, motivating and targeted digital learning paths, so you and your employees are 'fit for the future'. I specialise in the Articulate 360 suite, Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline 360. I can also support some of my customers with my CrossKnowledge experience as System Admin and in content creation like BlendedX and Learning Channels.

Taking care of the implementation of the Archipel Portal and services at customers to jump-start their learning environment and support their employees to continue to develop themselves in this ever faster changing world.

Assisting our customers in the world of Online and Blended Learning through problem solving, answering questions and setting up and giving training about the –sometimes complex- CrossKnowledge Learning Suite. These were the activities I performed as a Learning Technology Consultant during the first two years of my time at CrossKnowledge.There was a great opportunity as the CK Academy needed to be reinvented. New technologies, Blended learning and learner specific training were to be implemented. So I made the step to the CrossKnowledge Academy to set up the New Academy with the CK Academy team. During this time we have developed a great new platform, we planned a new persona based learning structure and created new content like instructional videos and other interactive learning modules.The BlendedX is of course the base of our learning landscape and we combined online and face-to-face or virtual sessions to give the best learning experience possible.

I developed appealing, educational and stimulating learning solutions for the Field Operations Academy which are derived from practical experience and knowledge in the field. I collaborated with the target audience (end users) and content experts within the Field Operations organization, trainers and L&D Program Specialists.Activities & Results:- Development of Blended Learning (Articulate Storyline)- Information Analysis of Field Operation Experts Knowledge- Stucture and fill the Learning Management Systeem (LMS: Netdimensions)- Unlocking knowledge and learning content (Drillster)- Create planning of creation of the Academy

To create an better structure in documentflow and -storage, ProRail wanted to implement a new Document Management System. As a marketeer, I was responsible for commercial support for the sale of various Océ printers, copiers and documentflow software.Activities:- Support and educate 120 Account Managers- Develop sales strategies for various products- Run demos for customers in the showroom, trade fairs and seminars- Support customers to integrate systems and software into their organization- Giving (product) presentations to our sales teams and customers- Organize market introduction of new machines- Supporting Account Managers in the sales cycle with digital advice to customers
