A dynamic Go-to-Market expert with deep experience developing satellite data-driven offerings. ---I'm adept at breaking into new market segments with compelling solutions for the core business problems faced by commercial, government and academic customers. Particularly experienced at tackling critical data shortages that can be solved with commercial satellite technology. I started out in exoplanet science, empowering academic users with data on the atmospheric composition of other planets, so they could answer questions like "Where can we detect water, oxygen and organic molecules? Which exoplanets have conditions suitable for life?”Since 2022, I refocused on a different question, closer to home: "How can we use emerging space capabilities to help our world?". I joined Planet, where I led Market Development for Planet's methane monitoring offering and a suite of other climate data products, all built on the new Tanager hyperspectral satellite constellation. I drove a cross-functional team towards product-market fit and established relationships of trust with our ideal customers and partners. Since summer 2024, I've been working as a GTM advisor for organizations working in satellite technology and methane monitoring, while also scoping out my next career chapter in climate/satellite data. I feel most at home at the intersection of technology and climate solutions. For me, work is really about making a positive impact on the world, both in terms of our environment and people's individual lives.
