TREPC meetings serve as a networking and educational opportunity for individuals providing estate-planning services and thereby improving the services provided to clients. The Council assists members in keeping abreast of laws and conditions affecting the estate planning field and strives to improve the knowledge of each member and is comprised of attorneys, certified public accountants, life underwriters, financial planners, and trust officers.TREPC offers 8 annual meetings, held on the 4th Wednesday of the month from September-May at Aloft Tallahassee Downtown. Annual dues for First Time members are $125. TREPC also offers a limited number of memberships for students pursuing a degree or career in law, accounting and estate or financial planning. My practice focuses on elder law, including guardianships, estate planning, animal law, pet trusts probate and trust administration, Medicaid planning, and litigation.Additionally, I work with local and state candidates on navigating Florida election issues like campaign management, finance, and litigation.

This empirical project deals with the relationship of employment and labor law and the resolution of and disposition of cases via arbitration and the subsequent decision to litigate.

I brought issues regarding Florida's judicial merit retention to the Florida State University community to retain Justices Barbara Pariente, Peggy Quince, and R. Fred Lewis. I designed the curriculum, organized lecture series, and structured practice sessions for a high school speech and debate program for Congressional Debate and Extemporaneous Speaking.
