I am an Undergraduate Business Administration student, at the University of Denver Colorado, with a Business Management major. I have a diverse background of study including Economics, Accounting, Communication, Data Analytics, Management, and Business Law. While completing these courses I acquired a variety of different skills such as Microsoft Office skills. To accompany my studies I have also worked as a part-time Assistant Manager at a small business for four years. During this time I acquired such skills as de-escalation, customer retention, and customer satisfaction.What I find most fascinating about Business Management, is the people. People are complex and any successful Manager must recognize this fact and then work to understand the people they manage. The better we understand and communicate with others, the better we can cooperate to bring forth a brighter future for us all.
