Implemented "pull" concepts in manufacturing for a single value stream that resulted in 30% reduction in inventory, reduced lead-time, and eliminated expediting of customer orders. Implemented a material replenishment system along with a visual management system for raw material that reduced raw material inventory by 30% and eliminated material stock-outs.
