In this role I manage kitchen clients, sell the space, and maintain customer relations.

As an owner and head of operations I head up recruitment of kitchen users, innovating the space in order to help tenants, and taking care of the financials to ensure profitability.

Taster's Table Club provides Austin diners with the opportunity to enhance their first time dining experience at the hottest restaurants through a “tasting menu” offered to the club at a deep discount off of normal menu prices.

Assist with making high level decisions on how to keep the company growing.

In charge of getting salsa & queso into new stores. I am also charged with making sure that we were maximizing profits and producing the product in the most efficient way.

-Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and disputes of over 60 employees.-Respond to customer support e-mails.-Recruit and train runner runners on best practices and customer service. -Monitor runner performance and ensure Favors are completed efficiently.-Build runner community through events and our social networks. -Provide meaningful feedback in the development of future processes and policies. -Work with engineering team to improve existing recruitment and management tools.

At Austin Restaurant Week I went from Intern to Event Coordinator. As Event Coordinator I made sure all of my fellow employees were hitting deadlines, contacting the correct people, and helping them with any overflow work. I was also in charge of assigning work to our 4 interns and making sure we were utilizing their skills, as well as giving them an experience that they could take away valuable skills for their future. The last of my duties was to sell Austin Restaurant Week to local restaurants and make sure the experience went smoothly for all the participants.

This was a school business idea project I did for a class that won 3rd place in the St. Edward's Business Plan Competition.

Over the summer I helped plan a 24 hour mountain bike race, timed and set up different races. Currently I work part time timing various races with Cadence.
