Tasks included planning the event in collaboration of the organizing team and marketing the Kauppakadun Approbatur 2020, student event for over 8000 participants, in and outside of Jyväskylä, signing cooperation agreements with diner bars for the event and managing the relationships with cooperation bars. Unfortunately the event had to be canceled due to COVID-19, but in the process I learned a great deal about crisis management, communicating with the companies involved and difficult choices.

Marketing and organizing monthly events such as Poikkitieteelliset Haalaribileet and sits parties, organizing event ticketing on campus and collaborating with event managers to organize event days. Other responsibilities included organizing many freshman year activities for new students, springtime events and as well managing teams at annual celebration of our student association.
