I am a member of the Senior Leadership Team at a large charity where I oversee our accommodation based services which provide homes and support for over 300 people (at any given time), to prevent homelessness across the Southwest and West Midlands. I lead a management team whom alongside their teams, provide support that cares for children, care leavers, young people, adults and refugees. Our supported accommodation services for care leavers are Ofsted registered and I am the Nominated Individual on behalf of the organisation. We help meet the need of Local Authorities by improving the lives of their residents through delivering high quality support services that meet their housing, homelessness and sufficiency strategies.
