As the owner of the Minneapolis - St. Paul MaidThis franchise, myself and my business partner, Austin Roberts, have been focused on all aspects regarding the growth of our client list an establishing MaidThis in the Minneapolis - St. Paul metropolitan area cleaning market.

As the Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Clear Shores LLC the financial state of the company, marketing efforts and budgeting are all aspects of the company I have built up and continue to develop. Founded in 2021, Clear Shores primarily focuses on service offerings such as lake weed removal, dock installation/removal and landscaping projects. The business revolves around the core values of being environmentally friendly, locally owned while being both customer and result driven. As an owner of the company, this ongoing experience continually develops my communication skills while also forcing beneficial time management with wide-spanning position objectives.

Member of The Gameshow Studio corporate team that is tasked with starting and expanding the business from all angles. Along with the start-up and expansion process, I am tasked with managing the build-out, load-in and onboarding processes of new Gameshow Studio locations. Once each location is launched, I observe operational processes and functionality, assisting location managers in improving location performance while, from a corporate level, assisting in expansion and operational efforts.

Through the VANTAGE program at Minnetonka High School, I was in charge of leading a group of 4 people to discover customer perceptions of Rainbow Tree-care, a local tree care company, and discover if others in the area would be interested in the services the company provides. We accomplished this through multiple surveys sent to nearly 7,000 people inside and outside of Rainbow's data base and heavily studying secondary reasearch surrounding the issue.
