Entrepreneurship creates jobs, and jobs contributes to social inclusion. Tillväxt Botkyrka is a company created by the Botkyrka Municipality in Sweden and an investor group (Tillväxt Stockholm) with the aim of creating 1000 jobs in 5 years by supporting the growth of local business (5-50 employees) through access to capital, contacts and competence. As a co-initiator of the initiative I'm responsible for access to competence, through recruitment services, job preparation programs and more. The Botkyrka Municipality is located south of Stockholm with an unemployment rate almost twice as high as the city.

In 2017 a group of 6 investors founded Tillväxt Stockholm together with Kevin Ryan (CEO of THREAD) with an intention to start an ambitious job creation project in Stockholm inspired by similar initiatives in Helsingborg and Malmö. In order to do so they needed a Municipality to collaborate with. One year later the initiative took shape as Tillväxt Botkyrka. My role in this project has been research and concept development in order to adapt he model to a local context and engage the right stakeholders.

In 2006 most Swedish corporate videos looked like in the 90’s and video online was something very new. As film school students, me and Jonatan Sköld wanted to offer a more creative and modern way of producing video content. Over the years we produced everything from small scale productions to full length documentaries and TV commercials for clients such as Telia, Oriflame, Ekerö Municipality, Karolinska Institute, KPA Pension and Electrolux.

I was First Assistant Director (FAD) on Levan Akins award winning short film "The last things". After that I worked as a production manager and FAD on the most expensive TV pilot in Sweden at the time, produced by Karl Wessblad and directed by Mårten Klingberg.
