Established the first Project and Programme Management Centre of Excellence in Local Government. Led the design and embedding of the Waltham Forest Project Life Cycle. This progressed to a portfolio management approach enabling the Management Board to oversee progress on key strategic programmes. Managed key strategic relationships with major suppliers including Dell, BT and Northgate as well as overseeing the trialing and introduction of new technologies like smart cards, wireless city, Blackberry devices & tablet PCs.
