• Assist Dean in Researching and Analysing the potential programmes for both University Degree and Corporate Training• Operate and manage all training for stakeholders including partnered companies, business chambers, corporate and government bodies,…. • Assist in working with UK Universities and MOET/DOET to bring potential programmes to Vietnam: assist Dean and Academic team to design programme not only suitable for University but also follow Vietnamese regulations, get all the paperwork ready for approval by both, arrange Inspection/ Panel Meeting for both parties for document and facilities check-up, etc• Support Inspection/Panel Meeting for annual quality check-up with both UK Universities and MOET/DOET: collect reports, summarise BUV activities in the last year, prepare paperwork and logistics,…• Be the contact point and Manage UK Universities’ special Programmes/Events for Students/Alumni: UoL International Internship Programme: work with UoL to finalise on the framework of the programmes, contact with top Companies in Vietnam to ask for corporation in hosting UoL students from all over the world, take care of paperwork and everything that students need to travel to Vietnam, find mentors and training programmes for students beforehand, • Keep close relationship with Government (MOET, DOET, VCCI, VBF,...) and Corporate Partners (BBGV, British Embassy, British Council, ICAEW, Deep C,…)

• Create long-term and short-term plan for Sales team: meet with the BOD every week to set training calendar for both Corporate in-house training and Public training events• Research and Analyse the niche market for each training course (who need the training, who to contact, which course is best for them, …) • Assign jobs, target and plan for each members of the team (meetings and reports everyday are required)• Meet and discuss with Director or Head of HR & training department from the high-end and suitable companies, to make decision on the budget and training candidate of those companies• Contact, keep track of signing-up and payment progress of the students• Close the deal and negotiate the final price of the desired course, follow up with the payment • Report daily, weekly and monthly to the BOD and suggest any changes in order to improve the sale tools, materials and outcome• Help and supervise the Event Planning team to run the training courses and training events smoothly and according to clients’ needs• Provide after-sale service such as: sending “thank you” notes and certificate form to the customers, calling each customer to ask for feedback and improvement for the next courses or events

• Oversee and participate in each department: to get know-how, evaluate, analyse and improve the performance of each departments• Create workshop and courses for managers and employees quarterly to understand the whole up-to-date process of each product and how all the departments connect with each other. From the information, each department manager will be able to analyse and create new system, which is more effective and efficient, especially while working with other departments• Research and analyse the strengths and weaknesses of competitors to optimise the price as well as the competitive advantages of the products• Manage and operate all marketing events (everything from creating work/budget plan and all materials, logistic, managing and run events, …): some of which are to bring the product out in the market, some are to provide college students scholarship, and some are for press conference• Manage the online competition for marketing strategy, which is to attract students and to determine the niche market for the product• Participate in Sale team to get know-how and experience, train the whole team about the product and selling points, analyse the outcomes and converting ratio, then make improvements on the sale-kit and selling skills of the team
