Promotion to Manufacturing Test Engineer 2 while supporting the Structural Dynamics Environmental Test group working in the dynamics lab and the various facility ISO 7 and 8 (class 10,000 and 100,000) clean rooms. System integration & test engineer supporting the Orion Spacecraft Phased Array Antenna (PAA) program in a ISO 7 (class 10,000) clean room environment with a hands-on technical role.Responsibilities Included:- Bench level component testing- Integration testing of higher level assemblies- System level qualification testing (vibration and TVAC)

Undergraduate capstone project to validate a proof of concept for producing solid rocket motors using the additive manufacturing process. The solid rocket motors were comprised of sugar and potassium nitrate. Our team included eight students working for Special Aerospace Services, LLC located in Boulder, CO. Successfully verified proof of concept by printing several different rocket motors with nonlinear internal combustion areas thus providing a nonlinear surface regression burn. This method provides the ability to manufacture a solid rocket motor with a specific thrust profile that can be tailored to the customers needs. While the process was verified by our team it was determined to not be a valid process for manufacturing solid rocket motors due to safety issues.
