• Set up, transition and management of the Canada, United States, United Kingdom and Australia club's operational infrastructure including managing communications with 3PL partners in each region and overseeing monthly.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to expedite the flow of receiving, kitting of product bundles, fulfillment, and cycle counts
• Manage the year's monthly product offerings from product development, sourcing product from new and existing vendors, forecasting, price negotiating and creation of all branded packaging components
• Help resolve any logistics obstacles to ensure that monthly products are received, quality checked, fulfilled, and delivered on time and within budget
• Assist in managing all elements of Amazon selling in Canada, USA, and UK: forecasting sales, FBA & FBM inventory, pricing tactics, seasonal promotions, product page creation, inbound FBA inventory shipments
• Created and manage product offerings with Amazon's pilot program, Subscribe With Amazon

• Monthly and seasonal forecasting of approximately 40 product bundles, 250 SKU’s
• Purchasing for all product, packaging including invoice management and vendor payments
• Implementation of process improvements including transitions to better 3PL leading to improved receiving, product kitting, fulfilment, transit times and shipping rates
• Complete product design and development from concept, sourcing from existing and new vendors, graphic design and bringing the product to market
• Reconcile inventory using a custom inventory management system that accounts for all sales channels, inbound/outbound inventory, product substitutions, shared components for bundled kits, and customer service.
