As part of a NOVA Design System team, I developed and adapted components for various bank interior and mobile systems: creating of components, supporting and developing the design system, working with tokens, creating of many templates and much more. Based on the NOVA Design System, I launched several bank Desktop web applications: SberCMS – content management (launched from scratch, more than 30 teams in the first year)Clickstream – web analytics metrics and tools to increase website conversion and collect leads. (new concept, increased the number of users)

10/2017 - 11/2019Was responsible for the leading projects of the agency. I improved design, updated and expanded structure, merged several news products into one structure of Russia's main news portal - TASS (as a result – attendance of the portal was increased).Formed a common UI Kit for agency products (that reduced development time). Developed promo sites for Events of 2018, World Cup 2018 , which received Runet award and Tagline Award.Designed and launched an internal SaaS project: Social network template editor for the newsroom (as a result – shortened news preparation and publication time by 3 times).

Within the framework of this company, I worked in 2 directions.Took part in the launch of the first version of a large state project - MOS.RU. At this stage I solved all incoming design tasks from Moscow Internet Projects Department. Also, I developed and implemented the 2nd version of the portal design, the task of which was to extend online resource services, including "City Advisor" (with visits up to 30 million per month)During my work in the Notemedia more than 30 projects were launched and improved in the field of retail, banking, electronic commerce, government, media and corporate. Went through the experience of whole project creation process from conducting research on real users of the service to providing a final solution to them. Many completed projects received Runet and Tagline Awards.Project examples: HISTARS, Diletant, HYUNDAI Intranet, Roskosmos, ZARYADIE Park, NLMK, NIKEA Publishing House, SportAccord Sport Association, Asteros, DISCOVER MOSCOW, 1C Business Network, Land Rover Life and others. Also, I make video presentations of web and mobile projects.

I came to the company when the university launched a design studio. Many commercial projects had been developed within the studio works. Customer companies whose websites were developed: Gazprom, Ural Bank, Intellect Money, El Jimador, Yamkee (restaurant), Russian Credit Bank, Eurasian Development Bank, Yakobashvili Museum and others.Later, the studio was reorganized into the Department of the University to deal with all interactive, branding and printed projects of the university. I took part in the launching of many promotional landing pages for university educational programs, increased courses sales. Together with the team, we launched a university website with a complex internal structure (as a result lead to increased number of users at the site). I led a workshop for students of the Faculty of Design of this university.
