During my six months of experience shadowing my uncle at Restoration 1 of Waukegan, I gained valuable insights into the restoration industry and developed hands-on skills in various aspects of the business. This experience allowed me to observe firsthand the intricacies of sales strategies, client communication, and relationship building within the restoration industry.Working tirelessly alongside the Restoration 1 team, I contributed to the mission of restoring properties efficiently and effectively, ensuring that clients' homes and businesses were brought back to their pre-damage condition as quickly as possible. Whether it was assisting with cleanup efforts, participating in mold remediation projects, or supporting commercial reconstruction endeavors, I was fully immersed in the restoration process.Through this hands-on experience and mentorship from my uncle, I not only developed practical skills but also gained a deeper understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and teamwork in the restoration business.
