Prior to Tesla Max was a recruiting manager with Aerotek specializing in mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering for the automotive and aerospace sectors. In addition to his work with SBT, Max is an investor and advisor to a number of companies both as an individual and as a member of RB Venture Partners.
