Creating digital customer databases for all five departments within the organization. Departments previously used manual record keeping and outdated filing systems. I then created a digital database that keeps all customer data up-to-date and it helped with the metrics discussed below.Creating systems for each support department.These systems help as such :- Data intelligence informs the marketing department and the organizations on impressions, conversions, and online activity. - Assisting the finance team to receive online expense requests. This greatly improved the turnaround time of finance requests and sent timely notifications when departments were approaching their budget limits.- Helping the sales team through a custom made C.R.M. tailored to their exact specifications.Helping the office manager handle inventory, employee onboarding, and employee offboarding.Creating systems from which the organization tracks stories of impact. I am in charge of strategizing methods to track customer feedback, stories of transformation, and diagnosing the source of negative reviews. BlueSky is a multinational non-profit and this transparency is of great importance due to the heavy monetary donations sourced globally. Thus, I ensure donors witness their part in achieving the organization's mission and vision.Creating cloud systems where all information is consolidated and our leadership team can track metrics in real time. Our leadership team now has a centralized space to track how many clients have passed through our platforms, what company revenues and expenses look like, participant reviews, every department’s current budget status, and more. This helps in making targeted decisions based on real-time data.

Creating marketing strategies on growing our current reach while retaining our current customer base. I am the sole person responsible for business development in the organization. I create campaigns based on the customer segmentation of each department and create and nurture leads for every department in the organization according to company requirements and marketing intelligence.Overseeing all client communications in the organization. I am directly responsible for customer engagement, content creation, and customer communication which in turn impacts our current growth, awareness and customer conversion rate.This entails:- Overseeing mailing list content creation and engagement for all five different departments in BlueSky, each with their own unique audience.- Creating content and managing the all seven social media pages for the different departments within the organization.- Updating and managing the company website.Brand manager and procurer of all marketing merchandise for the organization. The organization's multiple services appeal to different target markets. I consolidate all brand objectives under one flag maintaining messaging and tone to drive numbers and maximize the potential for cross marketing opportunities.

Notable clients include The American Embassy in Kenya, Kuriftu Luxury Hotels and Resorts Chain in Ethiopia, and The Tanzanite Experience in Tanzania. These leadership programs are based on content from Leaders of Thought like Franklin Covey, Mark Miller, and many more.Lead companies in team development programs guiding them through the essentials for an effective team. I was the lead facilitator in these programs with certifications from organizations like Signature Research and the Association of Challenge Course Technology.

Supported the organization founder in presenting and pitching Kytabu to potential partners and investors. We raised over $350,000 from different award platforms like The King Baudouin Award, The African Entrepreneurship Award, awards from the Mastercard foundation, and many more.Managed lead generation strategies for the organization. This entailed managing the company’s brand through its digital footprint along with BTL strategies that saw Kytabu feature in major conferences like the Global Entrepreneurship Summit.Lead activations of the Kytabu Ed-Tech program in schools around the country by following leads generated by our marketing efforts. This resulted in students using the Kytabu software, which matched the company’s vision of giving digital textbook access to all school-going children in the country.
