Managed the self-service DVD vending kiosk software product enterprise management suite. A startup line of business requiring significant dedication and a 24 / 7 investment of time.• Established long-term relationships with internal and external customers via weekly meetings which facilitated defining requirements at a rapid pace, and enabling software development on a monthly release cycle. The result was that the company quickly became competitive in the DVD vending kiosk market. • Developed presentations, white papers, diagrams and documentation, to arm company executives and employees with critical knowledge needed to inform customers and increase sales.• Globalized the product by defining business and technical requirements for customers and markets including Japan, UK, and Canada resulting in an immediate distinction from the top competitor.• Became a key subject matter expert on the software, training hundreds of internal and external customers, at all levels on aspects of the software features and functions.
