As a cellarhand at Coriole, I work alongside the winemaker and cellar manager to assist in the blending, filtering and maintenance of wine. I do cleaning and basic maintenance as well as assisting in other parts of the winery where needed.

Over the past decade I have built up a national and international profile as a writer, producer and performer touring across Australia and Europe. I've played on the stages at Womadelaide and the Clipsal 500 and performed with the likes of Keith Urban, Guy Sebastian, The Commitments, Marlon Williams and John Anderson. I've released four studio albums.

The Family Bushdance was a live music podcast which featured musicians and songwriters from around Australia. It provided a platform for musicians, poets and writers to share their work in a welcoming and nurturing environment and provided a platform for collaboration and discussion within the South Australian music community. We successfully partnered with the Adelaide Guitar Festival in August 2018 and August 2019 to present both rural and urban music recording and performance.KEY DUTIES:• Creating an inclusive and friendly atmosphere for artists and audiences from diverse backgrounds• Scheduling and bringing together large groups of musicians to produce each episode and facilitatingan environment of collaboration and discovery.• Managing a small budget to create high quality recorded content.• Management and promotion of the bushdance brand by coordinating graphic designers, musicians andsound engineers to ensure a high quality finished product.• Planning episode concepts, bringing them into reality and documenting the finished product.

As assistant distiller, I was responsible for a range of processes which go into the creation of high quality Australian single malt whisky and craft gin. I manufactured and packaged spirits and also worked to educate bartenders, suppliers and the general public about what we produced. Because the distillery was located in a fairly remote section of the Tasman peninsula I was also routinely called upon to be a jack of all trades: carpenter, stonemason, lumberjack and mechanic.
