Aurea Energy Solution is one of the ESW Capital acquisitions that provides EDI and billing services for US energy retailers, responsible for over $2 bln of processed invoiced annually.Designed and managed implementation of a cluster management solution to increase the reliability of the product batch services. Implementation of the failover cluster increased SLA fulfillment to 99.5% (from ~95%) and reduced time-to-act by an Ops team. The cluster provided centralized logging, task scheduling, load distribution, failover, on-the-fly updates, workflow management.
