I have worked in the Technical Support and Sales Departments. My primary responsibilities included: • Configuration of charging stations (more than 25 configurations completed) • Adding stations to the Elocity system• Configuration of terminals (more than 30 configurations completed) • Service trips (including a trip to Zabrze, Poland to replace the SIM card and test the station) • Receiving, packing, shipping shipments • Placing orders for stations from the manufacturer • Creating offers for customers • Putting the office storage in order • Preparing Garo manufacturer's station for terminal installation (cutting holes) • End customer support activities as part of helpdesk work - support of users of private stations with Elocity software in solving technical problems • Introducing improvements to the Excel file with terminal data • Segregation of SIM Cards • Streamlining some processes and transferring the knowledge of this area to the colleagues of the Customer Support Department
