Senior Executive with full strategic planning, corporate management, business development and P&L management responsibility for a publicly traded Belgian corporation. Direct report to President and C.E.O. Recruited to create and implement a global and strategic plan that led to a balanced growth which increased the value of the company and the share prices ,while solidifying relationships and partnerships with key semiconductor manufacturing companies at executive and C-levels. Directly worked with the CEO and CFO to investigate and execute on non-organic growth paths for ICOS via product and IP acquisition. Identified adjacent and complimentary markets and candidates for M&A, and oversaw key aspects of acquisition process of ICOS (Euronext: IVIS) by KLA-Tencor (Nasdaq: KLAC).

Senior Operating Executive with full strategic planning and P&L management responsibility for the U.S. operations of a multimillion dollar Japanese corporation.
