- I started at the farm in 2019 as a Junior team member doing general jobs around the campsite like working in the shop, baking in the on-site bakery, greeting guests and ensuring everyone enjoys their stay!-In 2021 I began taking on more responsibilities where I began checking in guests and dealing with the ordering for the bakery and more senior jobs-After taking a break for the summer 22 season I decided to re-join the team in October to help provide them with general on-site duties during the high season (like I did in 2021) and also run their mailing list and do marketing on all socials to help promote the site

In April 2023 following a major change with the Directors & Managers at AIR I took a step up within the team into this new role.In my new role, I'm responsible for:-The output of the station-Organising the Clocks/Hours & Music Categories.-Sorting Crew and show cover and being their first point of call should they have any issues. - I also update the website with the schedule, local content and events.

I joined the management team at Air 107.2 to help me progress further in my future career. As part of this promotion I now oversee all the competitions on the station across all shows, socials and online. Now working with the presenters and the rest of the management tea to ensure competitions are fairly distributed across the station and also run fairly. - I'm also responsible for a new voucher scheme we are looking at launching.- As part of this role I liaise with local companies to secure prizes and vouchers to give to our listeners

-Personally mentored by the General Manager, leading to rapid promotions and increased responsibilities.-Currently, the Reservations Manager at 17, earning the same level of pay as Heads of Departments.-Played a key role in changing PMS systems, involved in building and fixing the system.-Day to Day Jobs included: Reception shifts, room auditing, entertainment, reservations, and admin.-Developed and implemented a staff portal, improving communication, morale, and sales targets.-Moved to London in 2022 but continued working remotely, authorized to work off-site.-Led projects remotely, focusing on HR overhaul and creating a staff website and portal.-Recognized the potential of Epos Now for marketing and sales opportunities, pitched and built a self-order app and customer loyalty scheme.-Overhauled the drinks menu, and introduced new spirits, syrups, and a cocktail menu.-Pitched and currently working on a complete relaunch of The Three Chimneys Smokehouse and Grill.-Offered to build a new Reservations Team and Sales Team, trained a Supervisor, and implemented promotions with Groupon, Wowcher, and Red Letter Days.-Built a new payment plan rate and secured 2024 bookings from coach companies.-Hotel plans for the future include a spa, and the individual remains involved in discussions and future projects.

-Greeting all guests and assisting them with check-in and check-out and any other requirements throughout their stay.- Taking Phone calls, booking and responding to emails.- Assisting around the hotel in any department where required.
