Overall responsibility: Offer support, training, coaching & facilitation to local leaders & employees on their Continuous Improvement journeys in Europe. - Support of 2 wheel manufacturing sites (in Germany and Belgium) and both sites matured on the Continuous Improvement maturity ladder from level 1/5 (Pathological) to level 4/5 (Proactive), reduced customer Lead time with 77%, eliminated all back orders, increased OTIF with 78%, eliminated external hires with 100%, while improving employee and customer satisfaction.- Set-up of PMO function within EMEA. Managed the EMEA project portfolio (monthly follow-up and progress reporting of +/- 140 projects annually), be a centre of excellence (trained and coached Project Managers and Sponsors) and delivery support (managed Projects ourselves).- Support of 3 Distribution Centres (United Kingdom, Germany & Sri Lanka) to improve, standardize and sustain all Warehousing (13 processes) and outbound Transportation (4 processes) according to Best-In-Class global standards.- Set-up of a Leadership development program (Lean Change Agent program), that transforms Leaders into experienced Lean teachers, after being Lean Students first. Outcome from 3 years: 18 Certified Lean Change Agents (from: Vice President, Managing Directors, Project Managers, Customer Service Managers, Supply Chain Managers, functional specialists) with a 60% annual certification rate.- Manage discovery / business readiness phases for IT-implementation (SAP & SalesForce) for Camso GER, FR, UK, NL, AUT. Goal: mature the business processes and prepare for upcoming changesHow: full week VSM sessions (Current + Future State Map, Gap analysis, Action plan, A3).
