As a self-motivated innovator, I am interested in expanding my knowledge of various engineering disciplines and industries. With my years at MWW1, I became proficient in 3D modeling, logging hundreds of hours in SOLIDWORKS for product development and rapid prototyping. As a contract engineer, I worked in a wide variety of industries to design wiring harnesses for electric vehicles, automated systems for manufacturing, and consumer products.I am also comfortable in a manufacturing environment. During my time working at Custom Rubber Corporation, I gained familiarity with typical manufacturing processes, inventory management systems, and in-house fabrication. This combined experience has made me comfortable adapting to the needs of both internal and external customers to provide effective solutions. To complement my mechanical engineering skillset, I have worked to program and design a UI for industrial HVAC controls. With RoviSys Building Technologies, I haven learned how to bring mechanical systems to life with experience as a controls co-op. The electrical design, PLC programming, and system integration work I have done with RoviSys BT helps set me apart from other mechanical engineers.Efficiency is important to me, and I have experience communicating effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and external agencies. I prefer a tight-knit, proactive working environment that allows for tasks to be completed before being assigned, even if it means higher expectations and greater responsibility. Versatility of work is important to me in order to continuously build new skills and develop myself as a professional.
