As a Service Engineer, I am responsible for providing after-sales technical support to our end-users to ensure the best quality measurement in phenotyping. The after-sales support includes troubleshooting experimental/software/hardware obstacles, on-site installations, customer training, and device maintenance.

We have developed and optimized a cost-efficient and high-throughput protocol for multiplexed NGS library preparation. Therefore, I have: - Expressed and purified (FPLC) an overactive Tn5 mutant as the driver enzyme.- Optimized a protocol for tagmentation based library preparation. - Performed extensive data analysis on Illumina NGS data for parameter tuning of the protocol- Explored new methods for library analysis by qPCR, melt-curve, and DNA concentration

Within this project, I have developed a classification algorithm to predict silent ischemia in patients by eCRF or MicroArray data. A benchmark led to the finding that using eCRF data we can better classify patients with silent ischemia indicated by Myocardial Perfusion Imaging than currently used models by clinicians. Indicating a clinical use for eCRF-based prediction models in the clinic. Currently, we are validating the code for publication
