• drafting of the annual and half-yearly financial statements according to the IAS / IFRS principles with related detailed schedules;
• supervision of accounting records for periodic reporting of results;
• updated knowledge of IFRS: fair value of financial instruments (IFRS 9), recognition of customer revenues and leasing contracts (IFRS 15, 16)
• impairment test for the evaluation of specific cash generating units;
• integration of an ERP capable of representing processes, procedures and results in real time;

• Forecasting/Budgeting and actions definition to lead the Ready Mix Concrete Business (20 plants);
• Reporting and analysis: Volumes & Prices, Profit & Loss (Month to date / Year to date), Variance Analysis, Soft Closing, Flash EBITDA, KPIs;
• Gap analysis and related action plans;
• Profit margin analysis by plant, product, customer;
