Responsible of the following activities related to strategic planning and performance controlling: ▪ strategic planning process (annual budget and 4-year industrial plan);▪ monitoring of final results with analysis of significant deviations;▪ economic-financial forecasts in progress for the year;▪ reporting and monitoring of profitability for significant orders (project/customer)▪ financial strategy for capital increases and bank loans;▪ valuation of the LVenture share (modelling of the main variables);▪ management of net working capital (customers/suppliers);▪ recovery plan in emergency conditions (Covid-19);▪ monitoring of KPIs for-profit centers;▪ financials reporting package to top management;▪ coordination and supervision of 2 resources.

Responsible of the following activities for periodical financial statements and business control: ▪ drafting of the annual and half-yearly financial statements according to the IAS / IFRS principles with related detailed schedules;▪ supervision of accounting records for periodic reporting of results;▪ updated knowledge of IFRS: fair value of financial instruments (IFRS 9), recognition of customer revenues and leasing contracts (IFRS 15, 16)▪ impairment test for the evaluation of specific cash generating units;▪ integration of an ERP capable of representing processes, procedures and results in real time;▪ analytical accounting for detailed analysis and profitability studies;▪ implementation of the treasury management module (InBiz);▪ relationships with relevant customers and suppliers;▪ management of relations with directors, independent auditors, board of statutory auditors and external payroll / tax office.

Headquarter based I am responsible for:▪ Forecasting/Budgeting and actions definition to lead the Ready Mix Concrete Business (20 plants);▪ Reporting and analysis: Volumes & Prices, Profit & Loss (Month to date / Year to date), Variance Analysis, Soft Closing, Flash EBITDA, KPIs;▪ Gap analysis and related action plans;▪ Profit margin analysis by plant, product, customer;▪ Drafting of the Industrial Plan (2014-2016) with main assumptions / drivers definition;▪ Analytical cost controlling activity by product (Costs rationalization);▪ Business warehousing system's management;▪ Coordinating 2 resources I have been supervisor of the monthly closing activities to ensure the compliance to the IAS requirements: Balance sheet, P&L, intercompany, Capex, amortization & depreciation, working capital change, NFP;▪ Supervising of the Invoicing process; also in charge for the manteinance of the account analitycal plan, alignment between industrial and financial reporting.
