Jamaica

In this role I led successful integration of the acquired subsidiary's financial operations during the M&A process. That included reorganization of the Finance function, creation of the FP&A structure and alignment of financial reporting to the Group standards. In this role I also executed a major streamlining of financial processes to ensure clear reporting structure, enhanced data accuracy, more informed and timely decision-making and better resource allocation.

Odessa, Ukraine

In this role I lead the M&A integration of the Ukrainian subsidiary managing the alignment of all the operational functions with the Group requirements. The role included a massive reorganization across all the functions, creation of the new Lead Team, development and implementation of financial reporting systems and restructuring of operational processes to ensure consistent adherance to Group policies. In this role I also led the transfer from a local distributor to an own local distribution network as well as rebranding of the subsidiary's key products.

Leskovac, Serbia

I managed the M&A integration of the Finance and IT Functions ensuring alignment with the Group's financial strategies and reporting requirements. That included complete reorganization of the Finance Department, introduction of Planning and FP&A functions and a massive overhaul of the finance business processes. I also led the successful implementation of SAP system into the company's operations and contributed a major role to the operational transformation that followed the acquisition.

Belgrade, Serbia

In this role I provided a major contribution to the business integration of a Serbian subsidiary. Specifically, it included establishment of the new FP&A structure, facilitation of the reorganization in Finance and a complete overhaul of the financial reporting to ensure alignment with the Group reporting requirements.
