Native apps for iOS and Android were built using Swift and Kotlin to interface with devices via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and platform settings in a user-friendly way- Developed cross-platform mobile apps to prototype new technologies and support internal operations using Expo, Flutter, and Dart- Built out an integration system that allows us to integrate with our customers' existing systems, including Azure Active Directory, Workday, HRIS, and access control systems

I ended up helping build out a massive, mission-critical ERP system called Warp Drive, that is used to build and maintain a fleet of rockets and is also used to build batteries and EVs at Tesla.My team was tasked with increasing software quality and functionally acted to increase the effectiveness of the rest of the developers in our group. As such, my engineering responsibilities covered Development, DevOps, QA, and Release, with a side process improvement. I also ended up managing our team of 5+ engineers after 10 months on the job.- Saved the company millions of dollars annually by reducing downtime due to releases from 5.4% to 0.5%. Developed a release system for Warp Drive that eliminated downtime for 90% of 300+ releases and automated more than 95% of deployment operations.- Supported a team of 60+ developers and business analysts by building up and managing a hybrid team of QA/Test, DevOps, and Release engineers- Increased developer effectiveness and autonomy by designing and implementing a change management system for developers.
