Care Selector is a Money Supermarket for care. It helps people choose right care solution be it Home Care, Care Homes or Nursing Homes. Business goal was to obtain users and create product market fit. Role was Head Of Marketing, but also worked in product development in order to create a seamless user experience from acquisition through to deliverables to the customer. Managing four people.- Grew monthly visitors from 0 to 8000.- Developed an Adwords hack which increased CTR from 2% to 7% through advanced spreadsheet maths to generate 2567 different keyword variations and 7701 ads to target location & need combinations.- Developed high quality traffic through blog by researching successful competitor and industry publications & data.- Improved primary landing page conversion rate from 5% to 28.77% through A/B and dynamic content hacks.- Achieved product market fit for demand market. 72% of users said they could not do without Care Selector.
