Participation in assessments with customers and active participation in the following projects:> Frísia - Carambeí/PR (CX Sales and B2B Services):At first I helped finishing the setups for the first sprint, for CX Sales module. Afterwards, I interacted directly with the customer, delivering the setups and customizations, gathering requirements for following sprints, I wrote the functional specifications and I helped the internal team in the setups. We developed many flows for the opportunity module, for all their BUs, as well as many RTF reports. I also gave the customer a hand in their integrations between Oracle Engagement and their ERP, using OIC.> Piramidal - São Paulo/SP (CX Sales):I helped building many analysis and dashboards they needed, to show many information about their customers, leads and opportunities. Also created the functional specification for a new project called Segmentação (Segmentation), where they could have a new segmentation for their customers, as well as cross-sell and upsell functionalities.

Active participation on the following customers, using Oracle CX Sales:> Taiff – São Paulo/SP:Gathering of requirements, documentation and implementation of Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales). I also did the training of the end users.> Mavesa – Guayaquil (Ecuador):Gathering of requirements, documentation and implementation of Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales). I also helped on the integration between Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (RightNow) and JDE, using Integration Cloud (ICS)> Epsa – Cali (Colômbia)Gathering of requirements and documentation for CX Sales implementation.> Estre – São Paulo/SPI created the integration between Oracle Sales Cloud and SERASA, to consult the customer credit.> Inoar – São Paulo/SPI helped with initial setups and data load for Oracle Sales Cloud.

No início, estava trabalhando com Oracle PeopleSoft, em um projeto da RPC, mas em seguida, comecei a pegar apenas projetos de Oracle Sales Cloud, implementando CRM para vários clientes, como SLC Agrícola, Horizons Telecom, TCP - Terminal de Contêineres de Paranaguá e atualmente Cantu Alimentos. Faz parte do meu trabalho fazer o levantamento de requisitos com o cliente, escrever a documentação funcional/técnica e implementar a ferramenta da melhor maneira possível.I started here working with Oracle PeopleSoft, in a project for RPC, which is a customer that uses a lot of customizations in their software. A few months later, I begun studying Sales Cloud, and then I got my first Oracle Certification "Oracle Fusion CRM: Sales 2014 Certified Implementation Specialist". I worked in many customers, like SLC Agrícola, Horizons Telecom, TCP and Cantu Alimentos. My job consists in meeting customer key users, elaborating a document describing all their needs (being standard or custom), adapting the customer business flow to Sales Cloud standards when possible, and customizing when necessary.

This company gave me the privilege of starting my work with Oracle. Here I learned Oracle PeopleSoft and I also showed my skills with PL/SQL.
