My professional experience and interests are focused on planning, performing research, managing, and promoting meaningful and impactful projects. Over the past 7 years, I have initiated and coordinated projects in planning and information processing, human resources, culture and education, management consulting, marketing consulting, and digital marketing. My curiosity and desire to develop new ideas drove these initiatives. Even though my educational background is in philology and law, in the past 9 years, this passion led me to work consistently and acquire the necessary skills in these new professional areas through theoretical learning and practical experience. I successfully recruited and led a team of 7 professionals for 3 years to develop an online platform that streamlines recruitment with advanced psychometric tests and automated matching algorithms. Additionally, I founded a management and marketing consulting startup and an NGO in my home city, providing consultancy for educational and cultural projects. Besides project management, my roles in these projects included market research, strategy and planning, marketing campaigns, budgeting, funding research, and funding applications. I have also become an expert in using a wide range of digital tools related to these fields of work.I am a non-conventional, highly adaptable, fast-learning, and multidisciplinary-oriented individual.
