Responsible of organizing the events, taking a huge role in software preparation and technical support towards participants.In different stages of our project, I have worked on documentation, creating rules, graphics, game scripts, social media content, grasping the scale of a full-blown e-sport competition. After verifying countless amount of game elements like custom racing tracks, cars or applications, I have developed experience in precise game testing and bug seeking. When given a possibility, I've become an author of game addons which largely helped to stabilize participants' experience using Blender and LUA scripting language. I had the responsibility of hosting entire server machines and complex software associated with it. I've assisted forming the SQL database design of our website, later taking role as one of the administrators. During the years of our activity I was the first line of support regarding software issues, in-game bugs and other cases connected to our sim racing events, helping hundreds of people with various issues and becoming a human bridge to complex sim racing environment for many beginners. Versatile knowledge allowed me to become one of the main organizers of said events, taking the lead of entire projects and groups associated, which largely expanded on my group management skills. Projects I've lead resulted in one of the largest Polish sim racing events to date, reaching international sponsorship deals and record breaking participation counts.
