In the process of completing four, six month, rotations within corporate finance and accounting positions throughout Siemens in locations all over the United States. Have worked on financial modeling, forecasting, cost analysis, and budgeting.

This was my second six month rotation (of four) within the Finance Leadership Development Program within Siemens. I worked in the Product Life-cycle Management group within the Chemistry/ Immunoassay/Automation/ Diagnostics IT Business Unit (CAI). During this rotation I developed a 10 year planning financial model to include the entire CAI portfolio by individual product that will provide baseline planning assumptions that may be updated at appropriate planning intervals. I worked in the Product Life-cycle Management group within the Chemistry/ Immunoassay/Automation/ Diagnostics IT Business Unit (CAI). During this rotation I developed a 10 year planning financial model to include the entire CAI portfolio by individual product that will provide baseline planning assumptions that may be updated at appropriate planning intervals. I developed installed base data with visibility to new product ramp up placements and existing/end of life product ramp down. This rotation was very unique because I was given the opportunity to work in the manufacturing plant. I worked cross functionally with engineers and business partners on financial analysis. I completed a monthly close process for my departments which included: Headcount, non-conformance cost, cost center spend, budgeting, and forecasting.
