• Conducted comprehensive cash forecasting for multiple holdings companies, encompassing 8 total properties, utilizing projected revenue, lease renewal probability, and other factors received from the Real Estate VP.

• As an Accounts Receivable Clerk at a nonprofit healthcare center, I gained experience in managing transactional data and supporting key accounting processes.
• Processed incoming cash receipts from multiple clinic locations and third-party payers, ensuring accurate and timely allocations.
