I worked exclusively at the software development area of this project, where I was responsible for developing and implementint new features, refactor the database and solve legacy bugs from the software. On a technical level, I dealt with APIs, mainly with the Google Maps API. The whole project was built using PHP and Laravel, and the frontend was generated using Laravel Views alongside with bootstrap for stylization. Until my leave date, this was one of the most challenging projects for me, because it was the first time I had to deal with a multidisciplinar team, having members that weren't from IT. Surely it was a very enriching experience and helped me a lot at to develop most of my soft skills, especially the communication and team work ones. I participated in congress where I apresented the project and the new features implemented by me, winning an honorable mention award for the presentation and also for the implemented features

I was responsible for the maintenance of the Pro Reitoria de Assuntos Financeiros area at the university site, updating, posting and doing little adjustments when required. I also suportted at the administrative area.

I was one of the the organizer of the academic week of my course, that ocurred at 2018 september. I was responsable for the development of the website of the event, that I built using HTML, CSS and Bootstrap. I also helped with the marketing, helping with the social media posts to divulgate the event. At the event day I worked giving support to the speakers and the attended students.

Como gerente marcava reuniões com os clientes, levantava seus requisitos e os levava para a equipe para análise. Era responsável por montar um time e treiná-lo para termos a capacidade técnica de entregar o projeto a tempo. Planejava e organiza as reuniões com a equipe (as dailies), era responsável por gerar relatórios que mostravam a direção o andamento do projeto e o desenvolvimento da equipeFui responsável por gerenciar uma equipe de 3 desenvolvedores na entrega de um projeto. Era o Product Manager do projeto, sendo responsável em guiar a equipe a desenvolver as soluções para as necessidades do cliente.Fui o responsável pela modelagem do banco de dados, como também da escolha das linguagens e frameworks que se encaixavam melhor nas necessidades do projeto.Também atuei como programador nesse período, ajudando a equipe a desenvolver as funcionalidades necessárias nesse projeto.
