As Vice President of Business Development and Client Success for ICSI, I work with businesses to provide managed IT services, handling their day to day IT concerns. My education and work experience provide me the tools to be successful in this role.I attended James Madison University and received a B.B.A. in Finance. Upon graduation, I began my professional career at Primatics Financial. I was involved in the many facets of a growing Carlyle funded Financial Software organization, working in a consulting environment, assisting banks and other financial institutions with their loan valuation and accounting needs. During my time at Primatics Financial, I developed an increased interest in the technology sector and enrolled in Georgetown’s Technology Management program, specifically focusing on Systems Design and Management. I concentrated on software development/lifecycle management, database analysis, systems design, and factors in human/computer interactions. After receiving my Master’s Degree, I joined at Oracle as an Account Manager, supporting Oracle Database and Security solutions for the State Department, USAID, World Bank, UN, IMF, IADB, Peace Corps, EXIM Bank, and OAS. I joined ICSI in 2016 and now apply my finance, technology, consulting and sales skills to the benefit of my clients.
