Toke is a startup positioning itself as a software development firm that provides a full service enterprise solution for both regulated ( cannabis ) and non-regulated (CBD related ) retail industries. Toke services smaller, independent retailers and well capitalized, larger multi state operators. Working with the marketing and outreach team, I researched potential future growth markets in several states, making the data easily available and digestible. Conducted competitor design analysis on multiple entities in the space, identifying flaws and concepts which Toke later used to improve its platforms.

Supported premier sailing regattas as a volunteer with the on-water Safety and Rescue team; monitoring race participants, rescuing overboard sailors and providing related supports as needed. Regattas included the Robbie Pearce regatta for handicapped sailors where medical professionals worked alongside Safety & Rescue to ensure the health and safety of disabled sailors (blind, deaf, mute, para athletes and those with PTSD).

Assisted in sales and customer service while helping organize back-end processes such as shipping and deliveries.

Independent research identifying improved hardware platforms for podcasting and video for the Rye Free Reading Room (Library).

Supported customer satisfaction thru quick table turnarounds, and maintaining a healthy work relationship with colleagues and higher-ups.
