FASTEST qualification process in club history (2.5 weeks from nothing-certified trainer).Responsible for curation and implementation of training programs unique to each clients needs. Responsible for educating clients and enforcing policies regarding safe and proper use of equipment in a positive environment.

Responsible for the curation of training plans, coach management and external event organisation (including gym partnerships for the Academy athletes). Responsible for the communication and logistics between all athletes, venues and future developments for the program.

Responsible for the curation of weekly junior sessions spanning 4 locations across Brisbane. Responsible for the curation of the Sharks Camp program, involving 400 athletes across 3 venues.

Responsible for the delivery of private volleyball sessions through the Sharks Volleyball program, with over 50 sessions delivered during 2023 to date. Also a lead coach for the Sharks Camps in April and July of 2023, with over 300 athletes per camp attending.

Participant in the Volleyball Club World Championship held in Bengaluru, India. Afterwards, playing professional volleyball in the Prime Volleyball League in India for Ahmedabad Defenders. Finished the season in 3rd place.

Private volleyball coaching across multiple locations in Brisbane, Queensland. Working with athletes ranging from beginner to expert level across all facets of volleyball.

Responsible for the coaching and preparation of volleyball athletes competing in the Australian Volleyball Schools Cup competition at the end of the year. Also responsible for the development of over 40 athletes during volleyball sessions at the school.

Responsible for the mentoring and guidance of younger coaches as well as delivering volleyball drills for the Redlands College volleyball athletes. This includes PD sessions with the coaches along with observation of every training session during the week with involvement when required.

Responsible for the coaching of all 6 teams preparing for the Australian Volleyball Schools Cup competition at the end of the year. While coaching, I'm also mentoring the younger coaches who will be leading the teams during the competition, with a total responsibility of 60+ athletes per week.
