I'm a recent graduate with a Master’s in Data Science from Drexel University (August 2024) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, where I minored in Creative Writing and Mandarin Chinese. My background blends hands-on experience in data science, psychology, and behavioral health—showcasing adaptability, commitment, and a unique perspective on both data and human-centered work.My Journey:-------------I’ve worked in various roles, from food service to venue operations with Live Nation at the Mann Center in Philadelphia, where I contributed to the success of large-scale live events by ensuring seamless experiences for audiences. This role strengthened my skills in high-stakes problem-solving, proactive planning, and adapting to different audience needs, all in a dynamic and high-energy environment.Behavioral Health:-------------------With a few years as a Behavioral Health Technician, I worked one-on-one with children and adolescents, applying ABA therapy across schools, communities, and homes. This experience taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and effective behavior management—all while collaborating with families and therapists to support clients’ progress.Data Science & Research:--------------------------My journey into data science began as a graduate student in Information Science at the University of Pittsburgh. While COVID-19 impacted my ability to complete that program, it only strengthened my resolve. At Drexel University, I continued as a Research Assistant, working on meaningful projects: developing AI tools for enhancing therapy sessions, analyzing social media for insights into addiction recovery, and leveraging large language models to support therapeutic interventions.In my work, I’ve found a passion for using data to uncover patterns, tell stories, and improve lives.
