Serving as General Counsel for the medical software/application. Providing legal advice on health care and medical areas within both the United States and international, following country specific, standards, regulations, and compliance regulations in wellness programs and medicine. Regular maintenance and upkeep with changes in HIPPA guidelines, and physician/provider compliance with laws, regulations, and standards as applicable. Facilitating and communicating with the developers, owners, and board members, providing legal advice and research, answering any and all questions as needed to stay within regulatory guidelines of the medical field for both domestic and international matters, and review of any and all materials for compliance with all applicable laws and legal requirements pertaining to technology, software, and medical software applications.Drafting all legal documentation including but not limited to: PocketPatientMD’s Operating Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Secured Promissory Notes, Interest Purchase Agreement, End User License Agreement, and Board Membership Agreement. Practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, both state and federal, at the trial and appellate levels, with particular focus on civil and corporate litigation involving business, intellectual property, and real estate/property disputes. Includes work on all aspects of patent infringement claims, property claims, disputes, and purchases, defense against allegations of fraud, conspiracy, negligence, and developed and executed briefing strategy for loan and insurance disputes. Drafting and responding to and of: summons and complaints, summary judgment motions, opening briefs and oppositions, motions to dismiss and for judgement on the pleadings, federal and state appellate briefs, and stipulations. Drafting and negotiation of buy/sell agreements, and preparation for mergers/acquisitions. Managing and organizing of voluminous document projects, preparing affirmative discovery motions and opposing same, and preparation and experience in taking and defending depositions.

Managing their music responsibilities, booking gigs, negotiating on their behalf, drafting contracts, dealing with industry personnel, and giving direction in furtherance of their individual careers.

Owned, operated, and eventually sold off, a website that centered on dance music in the greater tristate area. Managed a team of interns that wrote articles, edited and drafted research assignments, interviewed DJ’s, and covered various festivals and events for the website. Planned and ran shows, events, podcasts, and individual DJ careers through the website which lead to the eventual sale and renaming of the website.

Worked under the nation’s first legal residency and incubator program which specializes in helping low and moderate income clients in complex immigration, criminal, and family law matters.
