• Verifying water damage and defining the steps of removal/demolition of the affected area when necessary, observing the techniques and standards of the company.
• Accompanying and training new technical workers.
• Doing all the damage measurement and deciding the amount of equipment to carry out the water removal.

• Supervising and scheduling the activities of workers working in construction.
• Controlling safeg for the development of activities in the construction of buildings and engineering works.
• Monitoring the work, verifying quality, flow and movement of materials and inputs used.
• Drawing up technical documentation, control reports.
• Managing the work schedule;
• Accompanying, in general, all process together with the team of workers in the activities: o Demolition and building of walls.o Removal and application of new flooring.o Painting.o Assembly of appliances.o Final.

• Developing and implementing refractory maintenance programs and plans as planned, supervising the activities of the own team and third parties, according to the priority and nature of the services to be performed and.
• Planning maintenance services as well as budgeting services.
• Ensuring the quality of maintenance services, supervising staff, accompanying the delivery é services.
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance levels by monitoring area indicators, compliance with established programs and safety recommendations.
• Ensuring the implementation/compliance with work safety procedures, environment, qualig, training, continuous improvement of processes and products and other institutional programs of the company, through supervision.
• Monitoring the budgeted maintenance cost, identifying variations, and proposing solutions to minimize deviations.
