Also, assisted with several aspects of the firm’s internet marketing and provided advice on technological upgrades for the office.

Served as member of the senior team leaders group for a nationwide photography studio and acted as customer services’ technical support team member. Duties included: resolving complaints, including contractual issues, via extensive phone, email, and social media coverage; supervising and following-up with customers in regards to the processing of highly technical photography corrections; overseeing and facilitating duties of retaining customers who wished to cancel their membership; managing the process for resolving issues with incoming sales orders; servicing sales calls via the internet using GoToMeeting and GoToMyPC virtualization software; and devising payment plans in order to collect monies owed due to returned payments.
