At HLR, specifically, I am involved with the handling of complex litigation involving general negligence, motor vehicle liability, and premises liability. Moreover, I head the firm's New York Labor Law (construction) accident practice. I also handle all of the firm's New Jersey litigation. Additionally, I am also heavily involved with the firm’s legal writing department with a focus on summary judgment liability motions and oppositions to various defense motions.

Represent claimants in a law firm whose primary practices are Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability law by performing legal research; drafting pleadings, settlements, legal briefs, motions, exhibit lists, and affidavits; conducting client interviews; organizing and summarizing medical records; preparing introductory letters to examining physicians; negotiating with medical providers to compromise bills; preparing adjournment requests; preparing daily hearing calendar; and performing other general office duties.

Represented various non-profit corporations in formation by advising them in regards to obtaining tax-exempt status; and by drafting Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and other formation documents. Also counseled and instructed these clients about issues related to unrelated business income tax, trademarks, and business structure. Additionally, advocated on behalf of an incapacitated individual in a guardianship proceeding – duties included interviewing my client, the petitioners, and all of the interested parties and next of kin; and drafting all paperwork for the Court, including a report of my findings and recommendations. Appeared in Court on behalf of my client pursuant to R. 1:21-3b on July 22, 2014 before the Honorable Walter Koprowski, Jr., P.J. Ch.

Assisted solo practitioner whose primary practice is Workers’ Compensation law by writing letters to examining doctors providing an analysis and summary of relevant client treating medical records; preparing various pleadings; interviewing clients to obtain Answers to Interrogatories; answering, following-up, and responding to status inquiries via phone and email; negotiating with medical providers to reduce balances owed; delivering documents to courthouses; preparing adjournment requests; and performing other general office duties. Also, assisted with several aspects of the firm’s internet marketing and provided advice on technological upgrades for the office.

Served as member of the senior team leaders group for a nationwide photography studio and acted as customer services’ technical support team member. Duties included: resolving complaints, including contractual issues, via extensive phone, email, and social media coverage; supervising and following-up with customers in regards to the processing of highly technical photography corrections; overseeing and facilitating duties of retaining customers who wished to cancel their membership; managing the process for resolving issues with incoming sales orders; servicing sales calls via the internet using GoToMeeting and GoToMyPC virtualization software; and devising payment plans in order to collect monies owed due to returned payments.
