I collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and VP to develop and refine company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), driving streamlined operations and increased efficiency.I have designed a comprehensive two-week training program, which successfully brings new employees up to full capacity quickly. Additionally, I created SOPs for the entire loan process, integrating workflows into our CRM system, and conduct employee training to utilize said systems.
