Ladislav Varga has been involved within the Security Industry for 25 years. Ladislav’s career started in 1995 as a Junior Technician with Procom Elite Security based in Hamilton Ontario. This led Ladislav to attend Sheridan College. He graduated in 2002 from College with a diploma in Security Implementation & Design.In 2003 Ladislav started working for Inline Communications Inc as a Communications Technician and Project Manager. Here, he added to his experience with various communication systems.2006 Ladislav start with National Verification Solutions as a Senior Technician implementing business security systems. During the four years that he was with National Verification he became a Project Manager – Senior Technician managing small to medium sized projects. In 2010 – Ladislav along with his partner, Brian O’Brien started their own company – MAXtech Security Systems. Since then, MAXtech has been recognized as the regional leader in installation and integration of security systems.MAXtech Security Systems is headquartered in Mississauga Ontario and provides security services across Canada. In 2020 MAXtech opened an office in Brooklyn, NY to facilitate service to US based locations.
